Spiritual Mentoring, Soul Care
& Contemplative Support
A gentle place to bring your whole self and rediscover the sacred within
A place to be met as you are…
You may be here because something in your life feels unsettled or unfinished.
You might be wondering:
• Why do I feel lost or disconnected from myself?
• Why does my spiritual life no longer nourish me?
• How do I make sense of what I’ve been given or what I’ve lost?
• How do I move forward with more clarity, compassion, and meaning?
Working together offers a calm, supportive space to explore these questions without judgment.
Through spiritual mentoring and soul care, you’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and deep listening as you reconnect with yourself, cultivate self-forgiveness, and develop practices that ground you in Spirit and sustain you through life’s inevitable challenges.

I have worked for 36 years as a family practice physician witnessing stories of passion and pain, divine guidance and inspiration, while at the same time collecting my own palate of experiences. What I have enjoyed the most is the personal soul connection made during our most celebrated and most vulnerable times.
As I wind down my medical career, I am moved to mentoring and supporting the Spirit in other people as they seek some form of a meaningful existence in this challenging world.

I Believe…
All people are children of God and are created equally. Suffering is unfortunately a part of our earthly journey but how we respond to it is up to us. Let me help you develop perspective and resilience when dealing with what lies before you.
Seeing the fundamental divinity in all people is a gift. I have also personally experienced and witnessed a wide range of feelings and experiences, each sacred and unique although not always comfortable or pretty. I have also explored multiple different religious practices and have a respect and appreciation for different beliefs and approaches.

At times we are called to feel deeply, experience willingly, contemplate and pray with abandon. These are the murmurings of my soul and the fruits of these activities.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A: As an interfaith practitioner I am excited to work with people of various backgrounds, always willing to learn from you and travel with you. I am a practicing Catholic but raised my children in the United Church of Christ, actively study Native American Shamanism, and participate routinely in meditation.
-
A: Although I am a licensed practicing physician, this is not my focus here. I will not pursue a diagnosis, treatment or recommendation for any medical or psychological condition but will refer you back to your primary care physician. I am also not a licensed psychiatrist or psychotherapist and if I feel you need more than I can provide, I will direct you likewise.
-
A: Unfortunately, no. Because this is considered Spiritual Mentoring and is not considered counseling or psychotherapy, nor is it being done using my medical license, it is not reimbursable. I will do my best, however, to keep costs affordable.
-
A: Although ordained as a metaphysical minister with certificates in mediumship, I do not participate in these activities outside of spiritual guidance and not without consent. There are many practitioners available who can provide these services for you in the community.
